Talent Scout
The Talent Scout is a Web-based recruitment management system that streamlines and automates a three-step recruitment-and-hiring process — Hiring Management, Resume Management and Process Management — which is administered seamlessly through one application.
Hiring management includes generating requisitions and job posting tools.
Resume management includes electronic document storage, candidate database search capability and tracking tools to quickly be able to identify the best candidates.
Process management includes managing the workflow and messaging associated with moving a candidate through the recruiting process. This reduces time to hire, lightens its administrative workload, and improves the ability to attract the most talented candidates.

The Annual Salary Review Administration module provides an easy to use facility for Managers to conduct their annual salary adjustment planning and for Human Resources to easily prepare comprehensive salary review information with electronic approval. Functionality of this application includes:
Create a Salary Review
This element enables you to create an online salary review by selecting any or all departments under review, set review periods, currency translations, set budget limits and program reminders for incomplete reviews.
Complete Salary Review
Once set up, the application invites managers to log in to the site where they are presented with a "spreadsheet" type view of current salary information related to each employee under their responsibility. Managers can review each employee's information, conduct salary modeling for his/her department(s) and submit electronically for approval.
Approve Increases
This element is configured according to your internal approval process. Each approver has the option to approve each employee increase on a line by line basis or the department as a whole. The approver then submits to the next level of approval until received in HR.
View Reports
A wide range of reporting capability is available according to your requirements. Included in the reporting capability is the capacity to download approved results in a format for upload to your payroll system. All output is downloadable to Excel format.

Exit Interview
The Exit Interview Support Solution is an internet based application that allows employers to conduct exit interviews in a fully confidential manner without requiring exiting employees or HR personnel to coordinate schedules in order to collect the exit interview data. This application can also be used to conduct other employee surveys.

Questionnaire Administration
During the configuration process, we will load your approved questionnaire into the system. Once loaded you have complete freedom to modify the questionnaire as you need to.
Employee Administration
Once an employee gives notice of an intent to terminate their employment, basic information is entered in the Add employee area. The nature of this information is determined by you during configuration and serve to provide criteria for reporting purposes. Examples include gender, length of service, work location etc.
Control
A unique user ID and password is provided by you that will allow the employee the opportunity to complete the questionnaire once only.
Communication Tools
Functionality is included to advise the employee via e-mail of the site location, their access information and any additional information that you may want to provide. The content of the email is controlled by you through an easy to use template.
Reporting
Reporting capability allows you to create reports based on criteria selection of individual employee data or aggregated data. All reports can be easily downloaded to Word or Excel for further presentation purposes. Additional custom reports are also available.
User Administration
Your authorized site administrator has control over access to the system. Standard access includes Report View, Employee/Questionnaire Administration and Site Administrator. Other access capability is possible. For example, your regional HR administrators could be given access to employee information for their area only. This would be determined at configuration.
